Your order is part of our USA pre order release. Our first shipment is scheduled to arrive at our USA warehouse in mid May. Orders will ship shortly after stock lands and will be dispatched in the order they were received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Yes. As this is a pre-order release, full payment is taken at checkout to secure your allocation from our first USA shipment. Your order will be shipped once stock arrives at our USA warehouse in mid May. If you need to make any changes before dispatch, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.
Yes. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been dispatched from our USA warehouse. Simply contact our support team and we will arrange a refund. Once your order has shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.
