Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through our website and shipped within the United States.
1. Order Shipping
- Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding
federal holidays).
- During peak periods (including major sale events and public holidays), dispatch times
may be extended.
- We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to suspected fraud, payment
verification issues, or product availability.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, except in the
case of a service outage which prevents a confirmation email being sent.
Delivery times are dependent upon carrier selection and distance from our warehouse.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time.
3. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Force majeure events beyond our control
Shipping timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not when the order is
placed.
4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
We may:
- Charge additional shipping fees to re-ship the order; or
- Deduct shipping costs from any eligible refund.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and supporting photos.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and, at our discretion, may provide a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received.
6. Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer of the products to the shipping
carrier.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (if applicable)
- APO/FPO addresses (if applicable)
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
