We work hard to keep Birdies prices competitive every day. If you find a genuinely comparable raised garden bed advertised for a lower delivered price by an eligible US retailer, we’ll beat that price by 10%.

The comparison must meet the conditions below.

What qualifies as a comparable product?

To qualify for the Birdies Price Beat Promise, the competitor product must be reasonably comparable to the Birdies product being purchased, including:

  • Substantially similar overall dimensions and the same or substantially similar comparable wall height
  • Corrugated metal raised garden bed construction
  • Comparable steel quality and thickness
  • Comparable corrosion-resistant protective coating
  • Comparable structural strength, bracing and hardware
  • Comparable modular configuration or usable growing area
  • Comparable included components and accessories
  • Comparable product warranty
  • New, unused and current-stock product
  • Available for purchase and delivery to the same US destination

Birdies may request product specifications or other information where required to confirm that the products are genuinely comparable.

We compare the price you actually pay

The competitor price must include all compulsory costs associated with purchasing the product, including:

  • Product price
  • Shipping and delivery charges
  • Handling or compulsory service fees

We compare the competitor's final delivered price against the equivalent Birdies delivered price.

The Price Beat Promise does not apply to

The Birdies Price Beat Promise does not apply to:

  • Products sold through third-party marketplaces such as Temu, AliExpress, eBay, Facebook Marketplace or similar marketplace platforms
  • Products supplied by overseas sellers that do not provide direct US fulfilment, customer support and warranty coverage
  • Used, refurbished, damaged, returned, seconds or open-box products
  • Clearance, liquidation, closeout or discontinued stock
  • Pricing errors or incorrectly advertised prices
  • Auction prices
  • Wholesale or trade pricing
  • Employee, affiliate or industry discounts
  • Private or personalised discount codes
  • Loyalty rewards, cashback offers or gift-card promotions
  • Competitor bundle offers containing materially different products
  • Free gifts or promotional items that cannot reasonably be compared on a like-for-like basis
  • Products that are out of stock or indefinitely unavailable
  • Products where the competitor cannot reasonably verify the advertised price
  • Products that do not meet Birdies' reasonable comparable-product criteria

How the 10% Price Beat works

If an eligible competitor's verified delivered price is lower than the equivalent Birdies delivered price, Birdies will reduce the qualifying Birdies product price to 10% below the competitor's verified delivered price.

Birdies delivered price: $209
Eligible competitor delivered price: $199
Birdies Price Beat price: $179.10

The Price Beat applies only to the quantity of comparable products included in the verified competitor offer.

How to make a Price Beat claim

Before placing your order, provide us with:

  • The Birdies product you wish to purchase
  • A link to the competitor product
  • The competitor's advertised price
  • Evidence of any delivery or compulsory charges
  • Any product specifications needed to confirm comparability

Our team will review the comparison and confirm the applicable Birdies Price Beat price.

Fair and genuine comparisons

The Price Beat Promise is designed to ensure Birdies customers receive outstanding value when comparing genuinely equivalent garden beds.

Where products differ materially in construction, materials, dimensions, coating, warranty, included components or overall specification, they may not qualify as comparable products.

If we cannot verify the competitor offer or reasonably establish that the products are comparable, the Price Beat Promise will not apply.

Additional conditions

  • The competitor offer must be publicly available to customers in the United States at the time the Price Beat is requested.
  • The competitor must have, or will have within a reasonable time, sufficient stock available to fulfil the equivalent order quantity.
  • A Price Beat cannot be combined with another Birdies promotional code or offer unless expressly stated.
  • The Price Beat applies to the qualifying product only and does not create a credit against previous purchases.
  • Birdies may reasonably limit quantities where competitor stock or promotional limits apply.
  • Birdies reserves the right to correct genuine errors or withdraw the Price Beat Promise if it is being used fraudulently or contrary to these terms.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any rights available to customers under applicable consumer law.
